Congratulations to Linda Friedman



Linda Friedman's "Body Map in Honor of Da Vinci's Vetruvian Man" piece, was awarded second place in the mixed media category at the Sorensen's Gallery "Scientifique" exhibit. This exhibit is put on each year by the California State University of Fresno, Departments of Science and Mathematics. The gallery is located in Fresno, California. Congratulations Linda!

SAQA SoCal/SoNev "Untethered Thread"

Congratulations to Eileen Wintemute and Teresa Shippy!  Their artwork was accepted into SAQA SoCal/SoNev "Untethered Thread" co-curated by BTE's own, Laura Bisagna.The exhibit will be held at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts in June 2017. The artist reception will be held on Sunday, June 11th 1pm-3pm.

"Expressions in Fiber Art" reception at the Center Gallery

The reception for "Expressions in Fiber Art" at The Center Gallery was a wonderful event. If you weren't able to attend, here are some photos from the reception.

The exhibit runs through June 16th. The gallery is located at 250 East Center Street, Anaheim, CA 92805. The hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm with varied hours on the weekend.
